& Free Breakfast
Yesterdays Muscle Cars (formally NY Restomod), a muscle and street rod car parts company in
Farmingdale, Long Island, NY will host a free event called “Cars and Coffee” to
commemorate Father's Day June 18, 2017 from 8am-11am. All fathers and family members are
invited to celebrate America’s love affair with muscle cars and street rods
while enjoying a free continental breakfast.
This event shares the passion for the muscle and hot rod car
culture many credit to the 1960s and 1970s on Long Island and the
eye-catching, dazzling chrome, high performance roar of muscle cars and rods leaving rubber at Queens’ Astoria
Park, at the Connecting, Deer Park Ave, Fountain Ave and South Conduit, etc.
Muscle cars and street rods like Chevelles, Camaros, Mustangs,
Corvettes, etc. remain a very popular interest all over Long Island and the
numbers of owners and those involved in restoring these cars is growing.
This event will be gathering of those interested in preserving
Long Island’s enthusiasm for muscle cars and rods, while sharing family time,
breakfast and memories. Those who no longer own a muscle car or a street rod
but remember the thrills, sights and sounds of exciting experiences can share
their memories of those fabulous days when speed and high performance horse
power rather than gas mileage were the style.
Free gifts will be given to all fathers; register in advance for a
free goody bag by calling Yesterdays Muscle Cars, 1-800-913-3511. Owners of muscle cars and rods are also
invited to come to display their cars; admission and breakfast are free.
